MMTC - The story will most likely change for the worse for holders of any stock just listed on the non DTC eligible list. Means that subject stock transactions can not be "electronically" cleared through the CNS system. Very difficult for a company to re-gain DTC eligibility. There is a concerted effort by the SEC and FINRA to curtail trading for non-SEC reporting stocks. Can hurt big-time in the short-term, but hopefully, will result in a stronger penny stock market in mid to late 2012 and beyond. GLTA.
