There is a concerted effort by the SEC and FINRA to curtail trading for non-SEC reporting stocks.

MMTC is a fully reporting..."SEC stock"... as you describe it. I..."chastise" others for their faulty DD (always deleted)...must do the same for your...shallow...effort. MMTC is fully reporting...IN THE SEC EYES. Not mine...though...

If I worked for the SEC... they would have been...busted...long ago.

Lest anyone get confused...I...don't trade this particular garbage.

But, it is fully reporting which has it's advantages and disadvantages for any...corrupt...caretakers, bear raiders, etc...

I can outline these "fully reporting" advantages vs disadvantages...if one is curious...seeks knowledge...
