Actually Gin, small spills occur fairly often along the Alaska pipeline. The spills aren't easily found until work crews do their normal M & R activities during the summer months. Still, BP is responsible for the clean up along the pipeline, pumping and storage stations. It seems to me a slam dunk for MOP to simply apply to the environmental agency of the State of Alaska, to be part of the cleanup protocol. WTF do I know tho, but a phone call is cheap, Wayne?
