Yup, I agree. However I believe they will sue to show they weren't fired, which is why unless the judge uses his discretion, I believe there will be another court case after this. Additionally I also expect there to be appeals and all kinds of other BS.
When hundreds of internal memo are released to the court during discovery, everyone will be able to judge for themselves what really went on for the past 3 years.
