Never assume the company reads this board. Someone should outright ask Ferris if he is aware of this StressVest issue and its infringement.
As an engineer, my company gave us specific training on how to circumvent other company patents. We would buy one of their products(sound familiar) and change it slightly, letting the lawyers deal with it. It can be more economical to force a tiny company into legal action then of is to pay for rights.
I'd rather see a positive reason for this product release, but if it is Virtra's technology, why no PR?
