Starboy, I agree with you. I bought into HISC in February and I decided then that my decision will not be made until the Port Savannah work is done and the white paper comes out.

After a few "experiences"..(GTE)LOL, I've learned to take my original investment out....That way I don't lose anything. Looks like HISC is very promising. Sitting long with what I have.
