Just as those large blocks that show up on the ask often disappear, so do those on the bid. A few tags and they are gone. Perhaps just someone trying to move the stock one way or the other.

Yes and its most likely a buyer as its risky to place an order like that if your just fooling around.The order can get filled and the bidder is aware of that.
