It's possible, only because of Reggie and the still low share structure. Though imo it would stand a much better chance and would probably go multi pennies if they scrapped all business and goals they currently have and simply merge Digital clarity with a much larger revenue producing private company. Stock would go crazy if they did that. Market cap here is $220 K lets say. They are fully reporting. Shells that are fully reporting sell for well over a $million.
