Aspersions? I have to watch a purported long post falsehoods about whether or not IDCC has declared essentiality for 3g all day long. I point out the independent study by 2 disinterested engineers and remind Captain Can't Remember about the ETSI declarations of IDCC while asking the length of time of his investment in IDCC. Aspersions my ass, the poster was ripping my, our investment with misinformation about what the company has and has not done. I let it go for a while, but enough is enough. Aspersions, yeah right.

As far as your question is concerned, I am not an engineer and I do not know the answer. Several licensees and the independent study tells me we have something in FDD that others do not have.
