There was pumping action right at the R/S. A lot of shareholders got blocked out because of the symbol change and some folks came in and locked it up and drove up the price; then the selling began and the dog known as NEGS went back to its kennel.
How much convertible debt was inherited is yet to be seen. I saw the word "some" mentioned, but even if it is a quarter of what the old management was doing there is going to be a lot of it coming home to roost.
