The pps during the R/S was .0001. Reduction of A/S while price could hop back up one digit with not much effort

When they did the split it was at .0003, then at the middle of November it shot up 8000% and went to .09. Then slowly it has gone back down to were it is now. But from what I hear the company has a much higher evaluation somewhere around .10-.20 a share. I think with all the volume something is happeneing or news is coming
