Trade activity suspended for activities shown on GWIZ, usually deposits, withdrawal-by-transfer (WT), or certificates on demand (COD). Issues are normally chilled at DTC:
• Before maturity-- 6 weeks for both corporate and municipal issues
• When issues do not have an active transfer agent.
