I see since sept.19,2011http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8152586/ 50cent/g-unit is still in the stock and warrants(pre r/s split).Btw there was quite a few comments posted awhile saying that the 50cent headphones were never coming out,pushed back,being terminated etc.Well we know how that turned out.Btw as you know it has been stated by 50 cent that this is a Soft Launch.In about 1 week the CES/VEGAS which KH/SR will be attending.But i know how you feel already emailed/tweeted/KH,SR,Steven hart etc.Waiting for updates/status on the 50cent headphones.Like to see a press release/filing etc.(This was posted earlier)

Not true. Seems like a smart thing to say, But even if 50 was in no way shape or form involved with ASTV we WOULD still have a vested interest in the headphones. According to our new head of IR: There is a carryover investment in SMS from the original Sleek deal. We know its less than the original deal for 5% of revenue. This means that even if 50 doesn't utilize tv goods to produce commercial advertising, we DO still have want him to sell lots of headphones.
50 still owns shares of ASTV. Yes, they have been quiet about there relationship. Personally, I think this is intentional. Both 50 and the KH team know that a sudden announcement of a commercial or clarification of their relationship will impact the stock more that a steady gradually leak of details. Both have interest in the PPS going up. IMO we do continue to talk about headphones until they tell us there is no more relationship with 50 and sms. A
