Not true. Seems like a smart thing to say, But even if 50 was in no way shape or form involved with ASTV we WOULD still have a vested interest in the headphones. According to our new head of IR: There is a carryover investment in SMS from the original Sleek deal. We know its less than the original deal for 5% of revenue. This means that even if 50 doesn't utilize tv goods to produce commercial advertising, we DO still have want him to sell lots of headphones.
50 still owns shares of ASTV. Yes, they have been quiet about there relationship. Personally, I think this is intentional. Both 50 and the KH team know that a sudden announcement of a commercial or clarification of their relationship will impact the stock more that a steady gradually leak of details. Both have interest in the PPS going up. IMO we do continue to talk about headphones until they tell us there is no more relationship with 50 and sms. A
