They are also shipping some of the meat products, sauce and beans to Iowa SYSCO so we should no longer just be thinking Salmon. Also, the Canadian distribution could be huge (not including SYSCO) so much should develop with SMKY in this Qtr.

Thanks Trun144,

I agree with you on the very real winning potential from SYSCO for sure and am keeping all fingers crossed. I got the case cost off of the last update to shareholders posted. **$7000.00 ordered in 3 weeks was 80 cases shipped (thought it was 30 lbs but it was 30 units per case - thank you) so that would be 2.66 per unit. Are our units a lb approx? Not sure, nor what cost of goods is at this time to determine profit margin.

I recognise that there is alot riding on the acceptance of Houston Corporate, but I guess what I am asking is do we have the capital available to fill orders to allow us to reach full capacity of the existing oven at this time which is our goal if they do accept SMKY as a private label product and if not where are we going to get it from? I was also trying to figure out depending on the cost of goods, how much volume we would have to move to reach specific targets points.

Good to know Canada has samples like IOWA had. I look forward to hearing they put in a replenishment order.
