I don't think they are one pound packs. They are 6 or 8oz I believe, but someone else may know for sure.

I can't validate the actual case count on the actual rev $'s, but it looks like it is close to $3 a piece. That price is ok given that Sysco has to re-sell it to customer who then needs to mark it up for profit.

I believe Eddie has talked about how he intends to fund the growth. I can't put my fingers on his message at this point, but someone else on the chat will post it I am sure.
