can we the people do anything to prevent or inforce regulation,rights,or laws...look what the gays and lesbo's got done! if only they would help us investors and traders out.lol

drinking is legal but if abused you can get 60 months for 3 dui's in 10yrs and will do 60 months for 3 in five.
why isn't this stuff regulated, usa loves regulations,we are sooo over rugulated and only getting worse.
