Good points Dub. BTW the expiration date on any drug/medicine has more to do with efficacy than adverse effect. Potency is test at different stability time points. The expiration date represents the longest interval in which potency has been tested and found to be without acceptable limits; i.e. release limits at time zero. Firms can extend the expiration date by showing potency over a longer period of time thru additional stability studies.

Most medicines still retain some potency after the expiration date, but there is no risk of adverse effects. There cannot be if the product is OTC, by nature...because people do stupid things.

So if you have medicine that is OTC past the expiration date, the worst that can happen is that it is not as potent. No risk to your health.

Let us try to get this train back on the BIEL track.

The points I made several posts ago were that this is proven science. What BIEL did was micro size it.

The FDA grandfathers certain technologies that were used prior to some guide dates. Electro medicine in general lost the war to pharma some time ago. Bringing back the use of electrical fields to treat pain is admission that the use of it before was justified. Something pharma is against.

If you want to see the FDA trying to kill a business look at Alpha-Stim. They have played by the FDA rules for years but the FDA is being motivated by the drug companies to make them go away and to keep BIEL from getting OTC status. In the mean time they can keep allowing big pharma to make drugs that kill. Alpha-Stim is being used to successfully treat our returning VETS - but the drug companies want that business with their addictive and dangerous anxiety drugs. Which are like chantix. Some of those can be effective - others - most dangerous.

All drugs will have a side effect - sometimes that side effect becomes more important than the original use of the drug. Viagra and Rogaine are examples or repurposing research dollars.
Now the desired performance the drug originally provided is - a side effect - that is now acceptable. Previously you needed a prescription to get the same effect. Now its FREE.

I am sorry that you lost money on a penny stock that didn't get the appropriate approval - you might want to dump BIEL as the longer the delay is in place the less likely it is ever to see the light of day.

But then again the money we all have in at sub penny - like you - is just enough to allow us to have a nice payday and like fuente - cash out on the bounce up. So I actually look forward to your views as this hangs around for a while longer.
