I don't think there is any need to rush for the AMEX.
When according to JT a couple of weeks ago, CTGLF never knew there was a third option for listing on the AMEX. Being the educated business people that they are, if the AMEX was in the immediate future, they would have covered every angle.

CTGLF can still become a powerhouse without the AMEX. When the time comes then we can transfer. No reverse split!!!
