That's a very interesting rationale for the R/S, and the first time we may have gotten an honest answer about the need for the R/S.
Unlike what we were told by Matt at the time (uplisting, bigger investors, better financing), it sounds like the REAL reason for the R/S was to "clean up" all the outstanding shares - ISSUED AS A RESULT OF DILUTION!
Thank you, for displaying the honesty that apparently Matt was not able to display at the time. We all knew the real reason was to counter the effects of his massive dilution, but I still don't understand why he tried to trump up the other reasons that have now managed to further damage his credibility. Guess late is better than never.
And as far as confusing the two chills, please remember that neither one has been explained, neither was PR'ed at the time they occurred, and we've been supplied very little information about either. I hope that explains my difficulty in understanding many aspects of both.
