You're spinning your wheels. If the company starts making deals, we'll know the 8K was truthful. If it doesn't, the officers will be revealed to have lied. It's that simple. I've waited eight years. Months seems like a short time now.
I have always been respectful of your views in this forum. I was reading them and sitting on the sideline way before I posted for the first time two weeks ago. The information I have put out is based on what my son in law, who was at the Dec. 15 meeting and talked to company officers and their attorneys told me. I think my insight is just as good if not better than most.
I'm not disrespecting your views, but I was led to believe we would see the agreement. I have been long in this stock since 2004 and have read all of the prior agreements and court cases. Have you taken the time to read the 2008 agreement or the bogus 2009 agreement, If not I encourage you to do so. With that in mind and knowing management signed agreements that essentially resulted in calypso defaulting, I don't trust that the agreement only includes those terms in the 8k. If they post it somewhere I'll be surprised?
