Thanks for the reply. I like your math. I respect your opinion and any decision you make on when/if to buy or sell. (any equity, not just ANDI)

But let me ask my question again: What is your opinion of the millions of downloaded apps that T3 and Best have, and continue to generate every week? Take into consideration the fact that for every 100,000 downloads, an average of $9,200 is made on just the ad revenue. Can you see the downloads increasing with more apps coming out?

let's do some basic conservative math here

now the title is gone and there goes the $400K liability. I guess next Q filing shows positive equity for sure.

ANDI generated 150K in revenues from the APPS business. Lets for the heck of it assume ANDI does no more than $200K per Q for the next 3 qtrs.

that is around $800K in revenues and with 35% net margins as in last qtr means around $250K to the bottom line.

with $250K profits and with 1 billion O/S (assuming no more dilution), considering 20 to 30 PE is around $5mil to $6mil market cap which puts the SP at .005 to .006.

sounds cheap at this price should I buy? should I wait? Should I buy? should I wait???? If I decide to get in, I only hope Dustin wont throw another dilution bomb at us. would not believe these crooks anymore.
