Called otcmarkets.com an hour ago. They confirmed the counsel of record change was submitted this morning by Carrillo Huettel.

On the Kirks, it's the BCSC, the ASC, and SEC offices in SF and LA on that TSHO/PBEC matter. LA based SEC lawyer Karen Matteson representing the SEC in the CH Bank of America documents subpoena matter.

Believe it or not, the system works. Not as fast as I'd like but it does work.

A phone call or two once in a while expedites things a little so if any of you get impatient, try making a call once in a while.

Another possible scam FTTN... similarities and same CPA as AMWI/NSRS... can you check out those filings & tell me what you think...hes being paid $10,000 a month to be CEO that sounds familiar from one of the others S-1 filed late 2010 similar to others and issued himself tons of shares... but state of incorp is florida so could be less likely

Puzzo's been pretty active in recent years. His speciality seems to be writing S-1s.
