IMO Vince will remain CEO if the Rathods want him to be CEO. The August BOD shake-up is more or less just a procedural issue. Rathods and Vellardita took control of company based on majority share ownership. The Manning faction claims there should have been a majority member vote to make changes in Board composition. Does not matter...Mannings can win the battle in court to fire Vellardita retroactively but Rathods can reinstate him if they want. Mostly sour grapes IMO.
