9,500 shares moved the IHGP bid from .002 to a penny!
IMO the ask at .012 for 84,000 shares is bogus too.
It may be very well that the 20 day moving average will not matter when this goes over a buck! Then any volume restrictions that UBSS/Zecco/Penson have will be gone.
