"TREND..undeniable, and I don't like it" - agreed, to say the least. Since before the Award, Nasdaq = +4%, and IDCC = -10%, roughly, for a total move for IDCC of about 15% move BELOW the NASDAQ.

It is NOW the time, at the next quarterly CC, lacking any very positive developments for increased revenues, for WM to take control and show that he is

(a) aligned with shareholders,

(b) taking ACTIONS to reduce and control costs to ensure profitability on current revenues,

(c) breaking with HC's culture of excess compensation and runaway expenses,

(d) not merely stepping into HG's shoes and continuing the status quo, and

(e) committed to increasing the financial strength and value of IDCC given the current revenues.

Of course it is. My point is that it is not based on TA. it is based on the news/or lack therof. IDCC DOES NOT follow Bollinger bands, Money Flow, Parabolic...none of that. If it did, I would be a millionaire being how closely I follow this company and my Finance education background.

The last 5 days provided first IHUB learning Nokia will contest, and then 3 days later, Dow jones realizing this. That is why there is sownward pressure. It is not TRENDING down, it is pressured down. There is quite the difference.

When one speaks of trends, they are looking at TA.

Thsi stock is basically trading sideways. You can't tell me that up 10 cents, down 10 cents, even, etc.... doesn't show me that. The last 5 days, we have lost a dollar/share even after the negative articles and the disgusting moves by Nokia.

Yes but it looks oversold on the RSI and its close to the bottom of the Bollinger Bands but has not broken through.

It was resilient today. I am sure once the seliing pressure stops it will go up.

AMS and Dmiller are probably done selling now as it doesn't take long to sell 100 shares. LOL
