It's not just the OTC Pinks and MM's impact on TYTN and others. The entire market is dominated by high speed computerized trading with sophisticated algorithms feeding off of technicals vs. fundamentals. Different companies/stocks even rely on different sets of technicals. It's not an "average joe" retail friendly environment. Just my opinion.
TA gagging isn't uncommon, although considered one of several red flags. Some TA's gag themselves and make one default back to the Co.'s IR, not that we've necessarily had much luck there. Some gag the TA because their too cheap to pay the TA to deal with the calls. In terms of required reporting, TYTN does the minimum. I'm happy it's "reporting" considering many pinks/BB's do nothing, not even PR's.
