I have a couple questions:

1) Do all the satellites need to be deployed (still waiting on the fourth launch) before GTC begins benefiting from this relationship with Globalstar? Clearly there is little to be shown in terms of revenue following the first two launches.

2) Do all the ground-stations need to be built first before GTC benefits from its relationship with Globalstar?

From past posts I've read on this board, you'd think large streams of revenue would be rolling in by now. I'd appreciate a knowledgeable response from someone who has a clue about this. Clearly those past posters haven't got one.
