Do you think Gleacher takes on just any penny stock that needs capital? Or are you saying that Gleacher wouldn't get involved if SEGI already had access to $? Looking down their client list I don't see evidence that would support your contention.

SEGI currently selling at $1.5mm market cap. You really think that is overvalued? If so, please feel free to sell.
