Your post has no logic. TOFS rose from $0.0001 to $0.0020 on a promise.
Now the name change has occurred, ticker is updated and the TA software is being installed there will be some revenues flowing. I'll be buying at $0.0001 and flipping like many people, but to suggest there's no way to go higher doesn't make sense.
The risk is on the shareholders, but this is the most efficient way for the company to raise capital to acquire the businesses it needs to generate revenue.
As soon as the 200 million shares come raining down on the bid, its over for anyone in the stock over .0002 because it will turn into a .0001/.0002 trading stock. Every share that gets sold at .0001 will instantly be put up for sale at .0002.
