They are a long term capital partner. Not a long term investor. I.e. they want to keep their customers and do more short term financing deals with them.

There was a fari hearing trial just so that ronRidge would be able to sell the shares right after getting ther hands on them. Probably because they wanted to sell shares immediately in order to complete the debt to equity deal by paying SIAFs creditor and locking in their profit on the deal.
