They sure do. Ironridge is a long-term investor according to themselves, see below (from their website). They have been doing this for 20 years. I don't think in and out is their play. They probably see Sino Agro the same way we do; as a totally undervalued company with a fantastic growth and, as most of us do, take a long term investing perspectiv. They do not have to sell a single SIAF stock to pay the creditors. I think they have "contributed" to keep the stockprice down so that they could receive the maximum amount of shares. Which they did. And now they hold them (at least most of them) for some while to achieve maximum ROI. So, I don't think we have to worrie about Ironridge, they are now on of the biggest shareholders and want their investment to be a success. This could ,if the play it right, become one of their best investments ever. If they keep their stocks for a couple of years. That is how they make money and by just lending them out and paying creditors.

From their website:

"Ironridge Global Partners, LLC provides direct capital for emerging growth companies publicly traded in the United States and select global markets.

Ironridge Global deploys its proprietary capital across a range of industry sectors, providing funding for a variety of purposes.

The firm targets equity investments in small cap and micro cap public companies listed on the NYSE, NYSE Amex, NASDAQ, OTCBB and Pink Sheets, as well as foreign exchanges in Canada, Australia, Europe, Africa and Asia.

The firm executes transactions from US $10 million to $100 million and is a long-term capital partner and follow-on financing source.

Ironridge Global is a completely passive investor, takes no board seats, and demands no restrictive covenants nor control.

The principals believe in immediate decision making, streamlined thorough due diligence and expedited funding."
