#353971 RE: michael laurino #353924

Hola Michael,
I contacted my bank, as Chaarles and others have suggested, but their reply was that they only hold my shares, they don't deal with the company and they suggest that I contact the company directly.

rainbow and others, I KNOW we are not yet at voting stage. I have read Catz e-mail on this and I knew before that. I am not trying to cause confusion or nervousness about this. I know that no vote has been called SO FAR. My point is that there have been previous votes and I never received papers (thankfully, because I remember many people complaining about the waste of paper involved!). I didn't care with previous votes. I assumed that I would have to accept the view of the majority and that the plan would either be accepted or rejected and I would just have to go along with that. But we are in a different situation if a vote actually takes place on this plan. From what I have read there will be no electronic vote allowed and time will be short. I am presuming that a vote will be called following the January hearing. I want to make sure that I have the opportunity to vote, because, again trusting the gurus on this board, I will have no choice. I will HAVE to vote or lose everything.
I don't want to take up time or space on this board, (there's enough cr@p being dumped here by scared half-wits especially in the last few days, without me adding to it). I am not trying to create confusion about whether or not there is a voting process in place at the moment. There is NOT! But there WILL BE, and it appears that I can't simply sit on the fence and let the majority decide. I MUST vote, or lose everything. So I want to find out how those outside the US will be able to vote. Others may have decent brokers that will sort it out for them. I bought via BBVA, and they have simply said "not our problem, sort it out yourself". So if anyone has any advice for me as to how I can vote WHEN A VOTE IS EVENTUALLY CALLED I would be very grateful, and i'm sure there are others with similar worries. So perhaps Ed Sargeant could address this issues in his Q&A
Best to all, and TIA
