I was wondering. In the 7th amended plan, there is a section referring to JP Morgan giving shares valued at 4 billion. Is this to make up for the 4 billion deposit? Additionally, does anyone know how the restructured stock will incorporate the common shares from wamuq? I was thinking that it would be 1/3 of the reorganized stock but wasn't sure if I were reading it correctly.
...yeah...the only thing we know for sure is that the atto`s are still filling their pockets and that since 3 years...what a bill banquet!?...corruption par excellence... and the judge -what was her name again?- is really really impressing...IMO
