Have you checked with a CPA to find out if you can start an IRA and buy stock now. Find out what the rules are.

Tax Schmax. Pay what ya owe. 17 yrs ago I made myself a goal to PAY 100K+ in Income Taxes. It took 5 years and now pay well in excess of that.
If you don't owe anyone anything you really have a different outlook on things in life.
TDCP is less the 1/2 of 1% of my holdings now, but if it takes off like everyone says it will, I will gladly give Uncle Sam his share.
I really do hope you don't get bit by your move to be out for the next 31 days.
