$300K per year is an absolute OUTRAGE imo. To do what? I know doctors who save lives not being paid that much. Not to mention military, and people who make a real difference.

I WOULD NOT FEEL RIGHT ABOUT STEALING THE MONEY FROM MY FELLOW SHAREHOLDERS, I WOULD INSTEAD ASK FOR SHARES IN PLACE OF THE FUNDS, SO MY PERFORMANCE WOULD REFLECT MY BONUS !!! :-)

Now, I would ask that my travel and expenses be handled by the company.. I am a smart man who knows every dollar is going to count in this New Company returning value to its shareholders, Willingham numbers (if they are the same as Mirant) will only dilute the cash account further.

He should tie his earnings to his performance, voted on by his shareholders. He should tie his bonus in the Litigation Trust to his recovery for the shareholders..

We do not know what "is behind the green door yet" maybe it is a BIG SURPRISE for shareholders.. "one Susman himself may announce after the exit!" ;-)
