Agreed, Dion. I was also involved (as a speculator) in the Mirant BK, and I remember hammr6's involvement in the Y boards before he went to the EC. All I can say is whatever his compensation or dealings, it has been beneficial for us to have a professional EC member on our side. The fight for recovery in Mirant was at least as tough as this one, IMO.
