absolutely, and purposely left out of negotiations along with DIMEQ [and DIMEQ being a big game changer - unbelievable]so they can shift and corrupt absolute priority. Not much dif from last settlement offer other than special interests getting perks and a nice cookie jar of double the original funds now up to 60M? to play attorney with...not to mention the close to 100M milked from the estate since last settlement offer...yes,yes, lets be grateful for the shares, but we can see what happened to any cash waterfall ...IMO
