Diamond, I completely agree with your assessment. I know what happened in Kmart and other cases and how the unknown, lost, misplaced value is suddendly and magically found six months and a day after chapter 11 exit. My question to you was why would you not convert a percentage of your common to preferred NOW and before actual conversion, to gain even more shares after the conversion?
Mr. Diamond why do you. continue to pump your notion of 2 x value plus?
You have seen clearly what is to be done and yet you are allowed to continue to write on this board utter and unsubstantiated nonsense.
I HOPE and my portfolio would welcome such $$$$ as you state but your dream is it close to a reality.
Don has early stated what will be happening and where the value will come from. Believing that somehow commons will receive cash $16+ as some settlement figure sometime soon is an assault on our common sense.
While your posts make many of us smile can you please stop posting unless you have serious and factual due diligence to point to.
