So are you saying you registered CAK in Canada?

What's the Business Number of CleanAirTek in Canada, BTW?

Why did you (or the person who actually set up the company) want a Frankfurt registration, anyway? The XETRA market is even more lightly regulated than the Pink Sheets, I understand, but as an American living in Florida, why didn't you back into a Pink Sheet shell, or even start a proper company? After all, you've done that before, so you know how to do it.

What happened to the CleanAirTek deal with Stu Hoebel, anyway? Why didn't that go through?

CAK is a CA Company because I was seeking a Frankfurt listed shell. I had two "real" choices as I didn't want a German or Swiss AG. My choices were a UK PLC (at 3 times the price) or a CA Corporation. As the process is easier via CA than the UK, and it was less expensive, I went CA.
