With these "paper companies", a reverse split is a prelude to negative news and stock reaquisition by the company. Right now, the market cap for GLER is in the 200K range. They will want to get the market cap down under 10K. That type of a downward spiral is devastating to current shareholders, they will never regain their initial investment.
