A split is done for the price to go up usually followed by a run. Comp wants to make some money obviously. That's why I dont understand yr BK theory after a split (yet).
Holders will be duped if they dont sell. How many OTC comps come through with real bus and a naturally increasing pps ? Cant count on that. I am going to call the consultant again in Jan to test the waters. Last split was 1 for 100 split. Pay date=07/17/2009 Have done enough DD for the day. You want to look up what the SS was back then ?
