I agree the whole bold'ed section screamed, something is wrong. Since, I don't have a full understanding on what they are trying to do. My gut says..

They will lock the current shareholders into a preferred share class for lets say a year. While they re-dilute and maybe even R/S the shares. So, basically those who got the preferred are pretty much stuck in watching, without having the option to sell out.


I could be wrong, I just never seen this kind of action. I can't see anyone being rewarded for buying .0001 PPS before Jan 5th as being all that loyal and awesome to the company.
