IWEB shareholders aren't the kind of people to sell shares to save a few nickels and dimes on their income tax. Actually, I think the whole theory about stocks dropping in December and rising in January because of taxes is bunk. I've never noticed it with any stocks that I watch.

Both Bid and Ask have been rising for several days now and the bid volume has usually been more than a meager 5000 shares. And why not? Merger round 2 coming up? A major business partnership? A couple enterprise level sales of the model 6500?

What's the possible bad news? Promark merger is already dead and it leaves the existing Iceweb a pure cloud play with a very low market cap. What's the worst thing that can happen? No sales for a couple months?

IMO, there has been merit to the recent suggestions that IWEB may very well be better off on its own without the earlier Promark deal. Great product and great prospects for increased sales going into 2012. And, let's not forget that with the Promark deal gone IWEB is a very attractive buyout candidate.
