If someone like "Google" paid a debt with stock, they (the stockholder) would't cash them in ASAP unless they thought they (the stock) could become worthless. "Sell em while they are Hot", so to speak. Giving a holder of shares motivation to hold them long term, is the CEO's job. Its the "sell em fast" thing that should concern shareholders. Many companies hold stock of the companies they do business with. when they decide to sell says A lot about the company. Some stocks are concidered assets and some are just a$$.

Get behind the bull,not in front of it.

Finally some real business approach to looking at dilution, it has been missing on this board for ever. Just look at the annual report does this look like a company that just dilute for the sake of getting cash.
