I thought there was a lag between when STM ships and when Wave receives the payments. I could very well be wrong.

To be more specific, if most of the 1M STM units were shipped in June (last month of Q2), which we don't know for sure (a larger part of it could have been sooner), I thought it was doubtful the revenue would be received in time to get booked into Q2...therefore the option to defer them.
