I have the same problem. I own P's as well as U's, but I don't ever remember getting voting papers. How will I get them if I am outside the USA. But I can't understand how it matters. Once a majority vote for the change then it happens, and the shares are converted. If I don't vote I lose everything? That sounds crazy. I don't mind voting, I just don't know how to! Can anyone advise those of us outside of the USA?
