Any "board" actions taken without Williams and Walsh participation are invalid.

Always amazing to me... the willingness of many here to simply accept any bogus crap the management try to hand them, assuming that since they said it, its done...

IMO, even if it is a minority opinion here, the law actually does matter... and it is still likely that the law will prove to matter more than all the bogus crap that Daic and the management minions that work for him make up as they go...
