i agree, but i would never underestimate the effect of being tested and passing, not that carlo would pass, but if he did i think the board would be objective, if the evidence says carlo is a turd independant of his association w/ desmond then you are right, however, if he can prove himself, then maybe he has a chance, no doubt he has a better chance now than prior to being on the board, and in no way is it a feather in his hat to accept his board position, however, if despite the default state of things that is clearly against him he somehow manages to shine, then it would not be wise not to take notice--

Dave Williams is no longer on the BOD. CLYW management can move forward without any further interruptions from Dave. Now he can finish selling his shares like he started doing a few months ago.
