LBSR is an accumulation play.

And yes one message is getting clobbered by subpennies.. : O

nvl_22, the quick way to do a comparison, if you think NAK's valuation is accurate, would be by market cap.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=nak&ql=1

NAK has one pebble and their market cap is $561M as of today's close.

6 X 561M = $3.366B

12 X 561M = $6.732B.

our OS is 630M shares.

that's a price per share between $5.34 and $10.69 for LBSR, based on NAK's current market cap.

at one time this year, NAK traded for a high of $21.76, on a closing basis. that's 3.682X higher than it is now.

apply that multiple to the pps targets above for LBSR and you get a high range of $19.66 (6 pebbles) to $39.35 a share for 12 pebbles.

furthermore, wall street seemed to think NAK was undervalued at its highs, and some were estimating it could run into the $70 or $100 range once the mine plan was approved. that could still happen, but imo by the time they get to that stage, a lot of eyes will be on the assets next door. jmho! ;-)

Nice to see your confidence in LBSR nvl22! There are many stocks to trade on a daily basis but a few longs here were convinced that this is a long term accumulation/hold - at least until the reserves are proven with measured and indicated values. Honestly, I wouldn't be holding my breath until the mining phase. The best ROI is during the discovery phase of a successful exploration company and I could see that unfold here pretty soon.

SRK report on Big Chunk has given us even more confidence and confirmation as to what lies underneath BCSP. Enjoy the turn around! :-)

IMO this is a minimum $100 stock (eventually). Some speculations I see have shown potential SP math based on Market cap. However this has not accounted for "market psychology", especially if a feeding frenzy occurs. It's not uncommon that stocks can trade in many multiples of their valuations.

Further, we must account for a doubling or tippling or more of precious metal prices in the next few years.

If we can rely on the data...we have MANY more pebbles than NAK...not including our uranium!... :0

For all intensive purposes...it just depends on how long you want to hold out for.

If you are young...stash away a good amount...cash out some in the multiple dollar ranges..enjoy your life.

Let the rest ride into the your golden years?

Ofcourse, this is all riding in j.b's hands. That x factor must also be accounted for.

All IMHO
